Sydney Children's Hospitals Network is offering free flu vaccinations for kids at The Children's Hospital at Westmead, and Sydney Children's Hospital, Randwick.
To book an appointment, please complete an individual registration form for each person requiring a flu vaccination. We accept bookings for infants > 6 months of age, children, adolescents, and their adult household members.
To book your appointment, please use the link below and follow the steps provided:
1. Create an account
2. Go to the top‑right corner of the website and click 'Appointments' tab.
2. This will navigate you to an appointment calendars page. You will then need to click on 'Book appointment' blue button on the right-hand corner.
3. Complete the registration form for any patients attending the appointment (appointment times will not appear until this is completed).
4. Book the appointment and provide Medicare details if available.
Appointments
- For 1 to 3 patients, please book a 15-minute time slot
- For 4 or More patients, please book a 30-minute time slot (please note there is a maximum of 4 can book in on the online system, if you are a family of more than 4, please call our clinic directly to book in)
After booking, you will receive an email confirming your appointment time.
The clinic nurses will ask health screening questions, offer you a chance to ask questions, and obtain informed consent. For further information before you come, please see the following resources:

Please Note:
• Check your appointment location (Westmead or Randwick)
• Arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to complete any required documentation or registration forms.
• Please bring your Medicare card with you (if applicable).
• If you believe any of the booked patients may require additional time due to previous difficulties with vaccination, we recommend booking a 30‑minute appointment and speaking with our team prior to the appointment.
Please note:
- If you are currently experiencing a fever or any flu-like symptoms such as cough, sore throat, body aches, fatigue, chills, or headaches, please DO NOT book a flu vaccination appointment online.
